Oregon Licensed Real Estate Broker
Law school brought me to the Pacific Northwest, but it’s the people and the natural beauty that kept me here.
I’m often asked why I went into real estate after law school. In a short answer, I love the flexibility that being my own boss affords me and I love real estate. Nothing makes me more happy than working with wonderful clients and helping them to find a place to call home. Also, so much of what a real estate broker does involves the skill set of an attorney, such as dealing with contracts, negotiating, and interpreting regulations.
I have earned the Green Designation from the National Association of Realtors, I'm an Earth Advantage Broker and Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Specialist, and I'm also a Real Estate Ally with Energy Trust of Oregon. In 2016, I was honored to be selected as an industry expert in green building and currently serve on the Earth Advantage education department's Real Estate Advisory Council. In addition, I was on the judge's panel for the 2018 Green Builder of the Year Awards. So please feel free to ask me about sustainable building practices, energy efficiency, and design.
I am a volunteer mediator with Multnomah Small Claims Court and I serve on the board of the Oregon Mediation Association. Also, I’m a founding member of the nonprofit Connect PDX—A small business networking group, focused on building connections in our community through outreach, education, and volunteering.
In my free time I enjoy taking my little dog Matisse on hikes and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
